This Band form Rostov-na-Donu was formed in 2000 by Elchin Akperov and Aleksey Rybalko. Their first released track is called "Batman Forever!" and is based on the OST main theme from the movie of the same name.
Their music biography began in 1998. Before forming Yadi, Elchin was involved with music in Novocherkassk, while Aleksey was doing the same in Sochi. The musicians reluctantly remember that time. "Yadi" itself means nothing, anyone can look for its own sense.
Yadi is a light music in the whole meaning of this word, 100% easy listening, with nostalgic elements, with the mood and the soul of that music, that has been stirring our minds since long time ago, since "that very time", and that will be always valuable to us.
Now Elshin works alone: he regularly performs as a DJ at Rostov, where he has already become famous due to his "soviet" mixes.
